Siply ("Siply", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Siply mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Siply, we may process:

• Hydration data — drinks logged, daily goals, streaks, and related wellness metrics you enter in the App.
• Account information — if you sign in (for example with Apple or email), we may store an account identifier and profile details you provide.
• Health data — if you enable HealthKit integration, we may read or write hydration-related data only with your permission.
• Device and usage data — basic diagnostics such as app version, device type, and crash logs to keep the App reliable.
• Purchase information — subscription status processed through Apple and our subscription provider (RevenueCat). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

2. How we use information

• Provide and improve hydration tracking features
• Sync data across your devices when you enable backup or iCloud
• Send optional reminders and notifications you configure
• Manage subscriptions and restore purchases
• Respond to support requests
• Maintain security and prevent abuse

3. Data storage

Much of your hydration data is stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud backup or sign in, selected data may be stored on secure servers or in your iCloud account subject to Apple's terms.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only:

• With service providers that help us operate the App (e.g. analytics, subscription management)
• When required by law or to protect rights and safety
• With your consent

5. Your choices

• You can edit or delete hydration entries in the App
• You can revoke HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings
• You can disable notifications at any time
• You can delete your account from the App settings, where available

6. Children's privacy

Siply is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. International users

If you access the App from outside your country of residence, your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
